Reed Recruitment Poland are looking for a:

Accounts Manager in Lowicz

Main responsibilities as an Accounts Manager:

- Ensure a smooth service is provided by the whole accounting team
- Prepare monthly management accounts for review with the UK finance team
- Prepare draft annual budgets with possible adhoc reports such as cash flows and cost analysis.
- Maintain overheads below budget and reporting on variances to UK finance team
- Ensuring reconciliations between offices are up to date
- Analyse and monitor stock movements and work to control stock levels
- Analyse the sales to see if the margin needs to be increased or decreased
- Communicate with numerous teams with regards to payroll, employment contracts and other admin tasks
- Find ways to reduce stock but keep customer demand on time
- Constantly look for improvements to see if any processes can be streamlined

Ideal Accounts Manager:

- Relevant account qualifications (part qualified Chartered Accountant / CAP or QBE)
- 5+ years experience in accounting
- Strong computer capabilities (Microsoft Office including word and excel specifically)
- Strong English and Polish skills
- Ability to work at the office in Lowicz
