On behalf of our client, a well-know 5 star hotel, we're looking for an:

Executive Assistant and Quality Manager

Main responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring a smooth process and service in the Executive Office
  • First contact person for General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager (EAM)
  • Control and assurance of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World or LQA, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, internal hotel standards according to quality management (CMS), as well as ISO certification
  • Head of the internal Quality & Sustainability team
  • Responsible for internal complaint management
  • First contact person for HoD's in the absence of GM and EAM
  • Acquisition of Manager on Duty Services

Ideal profile: 

  • Apprenticeship in the hotel industry or hotel management school leaving certificate
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the luxury hotel industry and with management experience
  • Experience with LQA standards and ISO 9001:2015
  • Very good manners and well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • Confident appearance, ability to work in a team, assertiveness, networked thinking and independent way of working
  • Loyalty and absolute discretion in this position of trust
