HR Specialist

Job Description

On behalf of our client, a global telecommunications company, we’re looking for a:

HR Specialist in Warsaw

Main Responsibilities:

• Personnel administration: preparation of all documents related to employment, maintenance of employee personal files
• Coordination of payroll process with co-operation with external vendor
• Preparing reports related to HR costs and managing attendance records
• Employee benefits administration and ensuring all employees have valid medical and safety certificates
• Issuing employment and remuneration certificates for the employees
• Review and update HR policies and participate in recruitment
• On-boarding and exit procedures

Ideal HR Specialist:

• Bachelor Degree in HR or Management related subjects
• At least two years experience as a HR Specialist
• Very good knowledge of local labour code in Poland and HR Policies
• Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent English, Chinese is a plus
• Self motivated, with good communication skills
• Willing to work from the Warsaw office
