On-Site IT Recruiter in Warsaw.

Main responsibilities as a On-Site IT Recruiter:

- Manage end to end recruitment processes for all vacancies (mainly IT roles)
- Build a candidate pipeline by using various sourcing methods
- Building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and business leaders
- Delivering results against agreed SLA's
- Manage the candidate throughout the whole recruitment process
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
- Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated

Ideal On-Site Recruiter:

- 3+ years experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
- Knowledge of IT recruitment industry in Poland
- Fluent in both English and Polish
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of various candidate sourcing methods
- Willing to be based in our client's luxury office in Warsaw
