On behalf of our client, a global technology company, we’re looking for a:

Product Business Analyst in Warsaw

Main responsibilities as a Product Business Analyst:

- Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and co-ordinating with Product Managers to prioritise them
- Analysing the requirements and mapping technical dependencies
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog for each product
- Supporting the scrum processes, running the sprint planning meetings
- Providing acceptance criteria for product requirements, working with both the developers and QA team to ensure the requirements are fully met and validated
- Providing demos to the stakeholders at the end of each sprint
- Co-ordinating and facilitating testing with stakeholders to ensure the end product meets user expectations
- Creating content for client project proposals, product marketing materials and other client collateral / deliverables
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the project and providing status updates to management when requested

Ideal Product Business Analyst:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years experience as Product Business Analyst
- Understands the technical components and processes behind a complex product
- Familiar with the software development process
- Able to understand clients businesses and their needs
- Able to work with a team in helping solve technical problems
- Experienced dealing with data, and with strong analytical tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiar with tech trends
- Happy to come to the office in Warsaw (can also be 100% remote)
