On behalf of our client, a global telecommunications company, we’re looking for a:

Sales Manager in Warsaw

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales process, through delivering and maintaining key relationships
• Plan and achieve Sales Manager's target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage and develop existing revenue streams
• Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector
• Collect and analyse market information and analyse marketing proposals
• Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors in Warsaw and throughout Poland
• Manage and develop existing revenue streams
• Build up and maintain close relationships with key customers
• As the Sales Manager, you will work with the sales team and share information with internal technical and delivery teams
• Work with the management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market

Ideal Sales Manager:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / IT or similar
• Strong record in telecoms account management, at least 3 years managing key accounts and hitting sales targets
• Knowledge of the telecoms industry
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but not a must have
• Capable of accessing and working with top management and key decision makers
• Excellent English
• Action oriented, driven by results
• Willing to work in the Warsaw office on a regular basis
• Already have a good network of people in the telecoms industry in Warsaw
