On behalf of our client, a global telecommunications company, we’re looking for a:

Sales Manager in London/Warsaw

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

• Drive the sales process, through delivering and maintaining key relationships
• Plan and achieve Sales Manager's target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage and develop existing revenue streams
• Assist the Head of Devices to devise a sales plan based on market developments for dongles, handsets, mifi, CPE etc.
• Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector
• Collect and analyse market information and analyse marketing proposals
• Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors in the market
• Promote the internal marketing strategies and build local relationships and networks
• As the Sales Manager, you will work with the sales team and share information with internal technical and delivery teams
• Responsible for supporting the end to end implementation of sales within the devices and handsets area
• Maintain internal reporting framework and metrics to measure the success of business development opportunities
• Work with the management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market

Ideal Sales Manager:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / IT or similar
• Strong record in telecoms industry, 10 years experience minimum
• Technical knowledge is an advantage, but not a must have
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of operators and handsets
• Capable of accessing and working with top management and key decision makers
• Experience of managing in complex and multicultural environments and working in virtual teams
• Action oriented, driven by results
• Good contacts and network with the operator, service providers, channel partners mainly focusing on EE.
