On behalf of our client, a global bank, we're looking for a:
Scrum Master in Warsaw
Responsibilities as a Scrum Master:
- Supports and educates the scrum team on their role in agile transformation and scrum adoption
- Creates and maintains the plans and metrics to track team progress and manages operational needs, including team hours and project budget
- Guides and coaches the Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
- Facilitates and supports all scrum activities (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos/reviews and retrospectives)
- Fosters strong communication among disciplines in a cross-functional team that includes developers, testers, and user experience/visual designers
- Minimises a project’s exposure and risk and manages changes to requirements and plan
- Coaches the team to attain higher levels of maturity of Scrum
- Supports continuous improvement, learning opportunity, increasing predictability
- Coordinates across teams to facilitate Scrum of Scrum sessions, ensure impediment removal and identify needed resources
Ideal Scrum Master:
- Level 1 Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I)
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Good skills & knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
- Securities Services or Asset Management industry experience within Funds and Digital Transformation
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks such as Spotify, SAFe
- Knowledge of XP, Kanban etc.
- Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Willing to work from the Warsaw office
