Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall planning, development, implementation and maintenance of
manufacturing methods, processes and operations for products. Support the transfer and
implementation of new products and processes
• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality
products at minimum costs
• Drive investigation and troubleshooting of process failures and identify opportunities for
improvement and allocate resources to drive appropriate activities to realize them.
• Oversees engineers conducting investigations, troubleshooting of process failures, process
improvement, and recommendations to MRB
• Ensure proper process and equipment operation, protocols are adhered and all necessary
control documentation are in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485 and 21- CFR
– 820.
• Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining
employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualification

• Degree or higher in an Engineering disciple or equivalent.
• Familiarity with six sigma and lean manufacturing

Competencies preferred

• A good team player and an exemplary leader.
• Ability to handle uncertainty and mitigate risk.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills to all levels.
• Strong planning, negotiation & organizing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing management techniques
