My client is currently looking for a customer service associate to join their team. The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent service by taking customer service calls from customers, clients and third parties and consistently demonstrate a high level of Customer Service
Duties to include:
Handle inbound calls
Pre-assessment of New Claims
Claims assessing, where applicable
Investigating and answering queries
Administration of policies – cancellations, amendments etc
Handling low level complaints
Contributing towards meeting the departmental SLA’s
Working with TM to aid the development of the department
Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills with clients, customers and colleagues.
Contribute to overall team spirit and help create a positive working environment for all team members.
The ability to be respectful and courteous to all staff and customers whilst being firm and fair.
The ideal candidate will have
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
An ability to work under pressure
GCSE or equivalent A-C minimum in Maths and English
