My client in the Chessington area are looking for a sales/office administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. 

Reporting directly into the sales Manager, you will be a key part of maintaining relationship with both customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities will include:
- Booking couriers and comparing prices to ensure the best rates
- Liaising with the production team on orders to set time frames
- Check all invoices and query any discrepancies
- Input sales orders and make amendments where needed onto the system and ensuring accuracy at all times
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email as required
- Process quotes
- Generally ensure the smooth running of the office and help with ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience, sales administration experience would be very beneficial.
