REED are working with a client based on the outskirts of Lancaster who are looking for a highly organised, passionate individual to join their friendly team as a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

- Promoting sales by providing the highest level of customer service, responding to enquiries via telephone and email in order to develop strong relationships

- Managing the website and responding to any customer queries received

- Reporting to the Project Manager to ensure targets are being hit

- Liaising with couriers and manufacturers regarding deliveries

- Ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished if necessary

- General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have a background in business to business sales or sales administration, ideally in a similar web based sales position.

You will be a team player yet also capable of working unsupervised and using initiative to produce results, confident in using computers including Microsoft Office packages, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and a customer focussed approach.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £20,000-£23,500.

Due to the rural location of this role, ability to drive would be beneficial.
