Purpose of Role The PA - will be responsible for a portfolio of international corporate clients ensuring that payroll related administration tasks and payment deadlines are met.


Candidate profile:
We are looking for candidates who are experience professionals, experience in data processing, MS Excel, knowledge international payroll like UK PAYE (a bonus), bookkeeping, ability to communicate in English both written and verbal ideally B2 level. Ability to be flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures, ability to prioritization and manage time, strong team player. The candidate will be able to deliver results without compromising on quality and accuracy.


Main duties are:
Bank reconciliations, Preparation of funding requests, Assistance in completing payroll registration forms, Execution of payroll lability payments, Preparation of compliance calendars & onboarding packages for new clients, Populating checklists for review, Excel data analysis, Purchase invoice review & onward forwarding, Maintenance of core payroll statistics.


Key Accountabilities:

Include working with the clients developing a good working relationship and work proactively to resolve queries in a timely manner, taking ownership, prioritize workload and communicate effectively with their line manager and third parties. They will also have a good understanding of online banking and will be able to demonstrate an ability to familiarize themselves with new systems. Working with and supporting their peers and special project work as required. The PA will have personal targets as set out for their role (this include targets for time recording and utilization) and will also take action to ensure agreed business risk targets are met. They will use technical capability to understand and manage risk with the support of their line manager, escalating where necessary and required in accordance with policies. Taking responsibility for, payroll related data processing, dealing with banks and financial institutions, setting up and managing payments, preparation of reports, preparation and filings of forms and returns, ad-hoc tasks.
