What we are looking for in a Technical Account Support:

- Experience in SaaS industry and basic HTML skills
- Ability to execute multiple product launches at the same time
- Can be flexible with working hours when needed
- Self motivated and willing to learn new technologies

What you need to do as a Technical Account Support:

- Manage a portfolio of events, from initial engagement through to the end of the event and troubleshoot product bugs if need be.
- Work in conjunction with Sales & Client Services team to gather necessary information from all event partners in order to understand the details for configuration of launches.
- Set timeline expectations, provide User Acceptance Testing setup and execution, meet timelines and develop relationships with all internal and external teams
