Job Title: Associate Information Security Director, Program Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Information Security Director to join our client a multinational company that operates in over 100 countries and provides data analytics and consulting services to the healthcare industry. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new security technologies and enhancements to existing ones, ensuring the protection of valuable assets and improving overall security posture. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in program management and experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the IAM security program
  • Coordinate, implement, execute, and complete IAM security projects
  • Manage a team of project managers to deliver multiple IAM security projects, including large and complex ones
  • Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of IAM security solutions, releasing new features/capabilities, fixing bugs, and eliminating technical debts
  • Facilitate the definition of program/project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Produce InfoSec program and project level dashboards, scorecards, reporting and metrics
  • Communicate program status and escalate issues to key stakeholders
  • Manage expectations with stakeholders and prepare professional communications around relevant information security topics
  • Serve as a liaison between InfoSec and business units
  • Ensure effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related degree
  • 10+ years in IT program/project management, with at least 3+ years in information security program delivery
  • Formal knowledge of program management principles, processes, and tools
  • Strong global project management experience on complex, cross-functional, large implementations
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, in addition to Waterfall, and project/issue tracking systems such as JIRA
  • Proven experience in people management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to make good, timely decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and typical IT systems
  • Strong understanding of finances, budgeting, and cost control on IT projects
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of working with vendor SOWs, RFPs, and contracts
  • PMP, PMO, Scrum Certifications along with security certifications are a great plus
