Are you a strategic field sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Field Sales Director to lead the national retail execution strategy for a fast-growing international consumer brand operating across Poland.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape commercial strategy, build strong retail partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team of 3 managers and 25+ field reps.
What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver strategic and tactical sales plans across Poland's retail landscape.

Build strong partnerships with distribution stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.

Lead, coach, and inspire a national field sales team to deliver exceptional execution standards.

Design and implement capability development programmes for all field levels.

Identify and capitalize on new retail growth opportunities.

Ensure optimal use of sales tools, resources, and in-store assets.
What You Bring:

3–5 years in a senior field sales leadership role (FMCG experience preferred).

In-depth understanding of the Polish retail and organized trade landscape.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proven track record of delivering commercial success.

Fluent English and a valid driving licence.
