Are you a strategic field sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Field Sales Director to lead the national retail execution strategy for a fast-growing international consumer brand operating across Poland.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape commercial strategy, build strong retail partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team of 3 managers and 25+ field reps.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver strategic and tactical sales plans across Poland's retail landscape.

  • Build strong partnerships with distribution stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a national field sales team to deliver exceptional execution standards.

  • Design and implement capability development programmes for all field levels.

  • Identify and capitalize on new retail growth opportunities.

  • Ensure optimal use of sales tools, resources, and in-store assets.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years in a senior field sales leadership role (FMCG experience preferred).

  • In-depth understanding of the Polish retail and organized trade landscape.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proven track record of delivering commercial success.

  • Fluent English and a valid driving licence.
