An international consumer electronics company is looking for a Consumer Care / After-Sales Specialist to join their Warsaw-based team.

The Role

As the Consumer Care Specialist, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring excellent after-sales service performance across Poland and the Baltics. You will work closely with retail partners, distributors, service networks, and internal teams to resolve escalations, improve operational processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage after-sales and consumer care operations across Poland & Baltics

  • Act as the primary service contact for retail partners and distributors

  • Resolve complex dealer and consumer escalations

  • Support and manage service providers and repair networks

  • Monitor product returns, repairs, and service performance trends

  • Drive operational improvements and implement consumer care processes

  • Support onboarding and evaluation of service partners

  • Collaborate closely with sales and internal business functions

  • Contribute to achieving operational and financial KPIs

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer care, after-sales service, or service operations

  • Experience working with retail partners, distributors, or service networks

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently across multiple markets

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • Strong Excel and PC skills

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability

  • Based in Warsaw

  • Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to the Baltics

Preferred

  • Experience within consumer electronics

  • Technical service management background

  • Knowledge of a Baltic language
