Hotel Manager

We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the full scope of day-to-day operations at a prestigious hotel. Working closely with the Director, the Hotel Manager will ensure excellence in performance, service, and profitability. This role is ideal for a leader with exceptional management skills and a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
✅ Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
✅ Collaborate with Directors to set and implement strategic goals that enhance operational efficiency and profitability
✅ Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and implement solutions to improve outcomes
✅ Drive local sales initiatives in collaboration with the Sales and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
✅ Uphold the highest standards of service, operations, and guest satisfaction
✅ Oversee departmental performance: Restaurant + Bar, reception, housekeeping, and maintenance
✅ Conduct regular operational meetings and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
✅ Manage costs and resources efficiently to maximize revenue without compromising service quality
✅ Support and provide training to teams across all departments to foster a skilled and motivated workforce
✅ Continuously improve hotel best practices and workplace atmosphere
✅ Be readily available to address urgent operational issues as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
✅ Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and delegation skills
✅ Flexible management style and cultural adaptability
✅ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
✅ High level of IT proficiency
✅ Advanced Polish language skills (C1/C2 level) required to ensure effective communication with teams and local partners
