Job Description: HR Shared Services Manager, EMEA
Remote (with regular travel within Europe)
Attractive salary — up to 525,000 PLN gross annually
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead operations across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for an HR leader with a strong operational background in shared services within complex, international organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage an HR Shared Services team of 8–12 members, supporting a workforce of approximately 1,800–2,000 employees across multiple EMEA countries.
-
Oversee HR operational service delivery across diverse locations without a centralized hub — team members are currently spread across 7 countries in EMEA.
-
Partner closely with global teams, including counterparts in APAC and the Americas, who operate in similarly decentralized setups.
-
Ensure operational excellence through clear KPI management, including metrics such as response times to queries, ticket resolution, and service efficiency (e.g., answering calls within set targets).
-
Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service delivery standards in line with business expectations.
-
Foster a culture focused on progress over perfection, emphasizing steady improvement rather than flawless execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
10+ years of HR experience, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial role leading regional or global teams in a shared services environment.
-
Proven track record within large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
-
Strong expertise in HR operations, service delivery, and shared services models across multiple geographies.
-
Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, service metrics, and continuous improvement.
-
Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with cross-cultural collaboration.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
-
Competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks.
-
Fully remote work with regular travel within the EMEA region.
-
Opportunity to lead and shape HR service delivery in a dynamic, international environment.
-
A supportive culture where progress matters more than perfection, and innovation is encouraged.
