Bartenders

  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Upsell products and deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Systems: POS for orders & payments.

Front of House Staff

  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and enquiries.
  • Support smooth day-to-day reception operations.
  • Systems: PMS for bookings & guest management, POS for transactions.

Waiters & Waitresses

  • Provide attentive table service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Take orders, process payments, and deliver food & beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Systems: POS for ordering & billing.

Kitchen Assistants

  • Support chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Ensure hygiene standards are met in line with food safety requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
  • Systems: POS for order tickets to kitchen.

General Service Staff

  • Assist across different hotel departments as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas.
  • Provide support with events, housekeeping, and other service needs.
  • Systems: PMS for guest service requests, POS where required.

🛎️ What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Work alongside a passionate team across various departments.
  • Use hotel systems including PMS and POS.
  • Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and career.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience in your chosen role.
  • Familiarity with PMS and POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for excellence.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, guest-focused attitude.
