Junior Brand Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Reed Poland is currently recruiting on behalf of an international organisation within the consumer sector for a Junior Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will support the growth and strategic development of key brands, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and drive business performance.

The Role

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will contribute to the execution and development of brand strategies designed to accelerate growth, strengthen market position, and enhance consumer engagement. You will work across multiple business functions including digital, medical, sales, and regional teams to ensure effective delivery of brand initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in identifying profitable and relevant growth opportunities for the brand.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities.

  • Drive market, competitor, and consumer analysis to support data-driven decision making.

  • Participate in the integrated planning process to ensure alignment across functions.

  • Coordinate and execute key initiatives that contribute to brand growth and performance.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and support the evaluation of KPIs and ROI metrics.

  • Analyse performance data and recommend optimisation opportunities to improve profitability and market share.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective project execution.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing or related marketing roles.

  • Previous exposure to Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or similar industries would be advantageous.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent Polish and English language skills are essential.
