About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Senior B2B Sales Representative to drive our expansion in the FMCG and retail sectors while leading our growing junior sales team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned negotiator and strategic thinker to combine personal sales excellence with leadership and mentorship, helping shape the next generation of top-performing sales professionals.
As a key member of the commercial team, you will report to the B2B Director and oversee a team of Junior Sales Representatives, translating company strategy into measurable growth in sales, margin, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Junior Sales Representatives. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, support pipeline management, and assist in closing complex deals.

Strategic Acquisition: Personally drive and close high-value business opportunities within FMCG, both in Modern and Traditional Trade.

Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier retail chains, managing annual contracts and commercial negotiations.

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement GymBeam’s commercial strategy through actionable targets for your team, ensuring regional growth.

Data-Driven Oversight: Leverage internal tools to monitor performance, revenue, and margins, driving sustainable growth.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the B2B sales process and implement improvements to maximize team efficiency.

Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the FMCG and ingredient manufacturing industries to guide your team’s positioning and client approach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Gross Profit (GP): Growth through new acquisitions and portfolio expansion.

Net Margin & EBITDA: Ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

Listing Growth: Expand the number of SKUs listed within major retail accounts.

Market Penetration: Increase brand presence across key retail channels.
Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales/account management in FMCG or ingredient manufacturing, with 1–2 years of leadership/mentorship experience.

Retail Expertise: Strong knowledge of Modern Trade (e.g., Hebe, Lidl, Auchan) and proven success with listing procedures.

Industry Advantage: Experience in FMCG, health, wellness, or ingredient manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Language Skills: Native-level Polish and professional English (B2/C1).
