On behalf of our client, an important reality focused on the vast array of electronic components, we're looking for a

Sales Manager Eastern Europe

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in Eastern Europe, with a key focus on Poland, for the entire company product range
• Report to the Sales Director for eastern Europe
• Develop new accounts and grow the market share with existing customers and distributors. This includes leading, negotiating and finalising customer contracts through to completion
• Work together with regional sales and marketing teams to grow the business for the future

Ideal candidate:

• Strong track record of delivering sales targets in the electronics components industry
• Commercial or technical university degree
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial sales skills with excellent communication and management skills
• Knowledge in the area of passive, electromechanical, RF components is an advantage
• Strong negotiating and customer management skills and target driven
• Independent, self-motivated and well organized
• Team player, flexible and resilient
• Fluent in English
• Experienced in MS office
• Able to travel
