On behalf of our client, a global automotive company, we’re looking for:

Plant Controller in Hranice or Opole

Main responsibilities:

- Supervise Finance staff
- Analyse and report monthly financial forecasts
- Prepare and present fixed asset requisitions
- Present monthly operations review
- Work closely with the team to manage cash flow
- Manage annual company wide budget preparation and consolidation
- Coordinate capital purchases
- Monitor results and implement streamlined processes
- Present monthly operations review
- Perform core management duties (planning, directing, staffing selection, performance management, reporting and budgeting)

Ideal Plant Controller will have:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
- 5+ years experience in similar role
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of financial and economic analysis, project management and risk management
- Ability to analyse complex financial and economic analysis
- Good ability to lead by example, and set high standards to other employees
- Communicates effectively, both written and verbally in English
- Ability to work from the office in Hranice or Opole

A Plant Controller will stand out if they have:

- Masters degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
- Certified Public Account Degree
