On behalf of our client, a multinational Healthcare company, we're looking for:

Business Development Manager in Poland

Main responsibilities:

  • Build-up & develop orthopaedic business for the assigned territories (mainly Poland)
  • To achieve agreed business sales target year on year
  • Marketing (Product strategy, positioning, promotional material etc)
  • Customer Care / Support of business partners / distributors – develop strong long term relationships
  • Search, evaluate and negotiate and build new partners and distributors
  • Research, analysis & monitoring of global medical Aesthetic market
  • As a Business Development Manager you will continue look to improve and streamline processes

Ideal Business Development Manager:

  • Previous Business development experience – Minimum 4 Years
  • Experience within Trauma and mainly Knee treatment
  • KOL Development & experience in conducting activities
  • Exposures to relevant markets
  • Ready to travel 15-18 days in a month (outside of Poland)
  • Fluent in Polish and English
