Reed Poland could be the employer you need to talk to, preferably with a background in B2B sales experience in one of the following sectors- IT, Shared service centers, Pharma, Bio Tech, Medical Devices, Accountancy. Fluency (C1/C2) in English & Polish is a must.
Your efforts will be supported by a team of resources and recruiters to service the accounts you secured allowing you to concentrate on giving a good service and working with the clients to resource plan and deliver. This role is a rewarding role which will enable to work with clients, develop their needs and ensure they are getting the best service possible. Some of your duties will include:
Establishing productive, professional relationships with professionals in assigned customer accounts.
Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs proactively on an ongoing basis.
Creating professional client proposals in accordance with service level agreements, and Business Managers guidelines.
Working with a national accounts team based in the UK
Reporting observations, updates, correspondence, and deviations with client relations or business practices, to the Reed Poland team
