Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Location: Warsaw, Poland (On-site)
Reports to: VP Marketing, East EMEA

Overview:
Support the East EMEA Marketing team with administrative, operational, and event coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing processes and team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing agendas and assist with contract processes.
  • Manage approvals, liaise with Legal, Finance, and vendors.
  • Create purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries.
  • Organize internal events and support marketing activations when needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support within Marketing or Commercial teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of contract systems is a plus.
