Marketing Administrative Coordinator
Location: Warsaw, Poland (On-site)
Reports to: VP Marketing, East EMEA
Overview:
Support the East EMEA Marketing team with administrative, operational, and event coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing processes and team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing agendas and assist with contract processes.
- Manage approvals, liaise with Legal, Finance, and vendors.
- Create purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries.
- Organize internal events and support marketing activations when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support within Marketing or Commercial teams.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of contract systems is a plus.
