A new and dynamic Asian food chain is launching in Poland, bringing authentic culinary experiences and modern dining concepts to Krakow. The brand is known for its unique, immersive experience for customers, combining exceptional food, innovative service, and a distinctive restaurant environment. As we establish our presence, we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure this unique customer experience is delivered consistently in Poland.
Job Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant chain in Krakow. This is a high-impact role, where the successful candidate will be fully responsible for opening the first outlet in Poland, and, once established, identifying and managing opportunities for new locations across the country. Extensive training at the client’s headquarters will provide hands-on experience in every area of the restaurant, ensuring the candidate can replicate the brand’s signature customer experience locally.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational activities of the restaurant ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Fully manage the opening of the first outlet

Identify, plan, and oversee expansion to additional locations across Poland

Develop, implement, and optimize operational procedures, workflows, and standards across all locations.

Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting a culture of high performance and customer service excellence

Gain hands-on experience in all areas of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and administrative processes.

Ensure the delivery of the brand’s unique customer experience at all touchpoints.

Monitor and manage budgets, cost control, and P&L

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive customer engagement and brand growth.

Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Report directly to senior management, providing insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management, in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.

Strong understanding of operational processes, financial management, and staff leadership.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Polish and English is mandatory.

Willingness to undergo extensive hands-on training at the client’s HQ
