Country Manager – FMCG (Austria)
Based in Germany | Full-time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car

Reed is working with an exciting and fast-growing global energy drinks brand that is looking for a Country Manager to lead its commercial operations across Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in FMCG and distribution partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the relationship with the local bottling/distribution partner to drive sales growth and market share.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and KPIs in line with company targets.

  • Ensure top-tier in-market execution through regular field visits, training, and sales incentives.

  • Negotiate and manage key account relationships and in-outlet execution standards.

  • Monitor and optimize budgets, promotional activities, and POS placement.

  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to inform commercial decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG (ideally from a market-leading brand).

  • Strong track record in managing distributors and key accounts.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Analytical, persuasive, and a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
