Brand Lead / Senior Brand Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Lead / Senior Brand Manager to join a dynamic international business operating within the consumer sector.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to take ownership of brand strategy, drive sustainable growth, and lead impactful initiatives across multiple channels and touchpoints. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping brand positioning, delivering strong commercial performance, and influencing cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead brand strategy, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and marketing execution.

  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.

  • Drive integrated brand planning using consumer insights, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.

  • Oversee ATL and BTL marketing activities, ensuring effective investment allocation and strong ROI.

  • Monitor campaign and brand performance, challenge KPIs, and optimise initiatives based on results.

  • Lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and brand equity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, finance, digital, and category teams.

  • Support the development of a results-oriented, insight-driven, and collaborative marketing culture.

  • Simplify complexity and bring a challenger mindset focused on innovation, agility, and measurable impact.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Brand Management, including strategic planning and execution.

  • Background within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or another fast-paced consumer-driven industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across international teams.

  • Skilled at balancing long-term brand building with short-term commercial priorities.

  • Creative, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.

  • Strong understanding of modern marketing channels and digital ecosystems.

  • Fluent Polish and English language skills are essential.
