Role Overview

A prestigious 5-star hotel in remote Ireland is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its high-performing, multi-national culinary team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, produce, and present high-quality pastry and dessert items to 5-star standards

  • Support the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef in daily operations

  • Maintain consistency, quality control, and presentation across all pastry outputs

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety regulations

  • Manage mise en place and daily pastry production schedules

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multicultural, international kitchen team

  • Contribute to menu development and innovation where required

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP Pastry or strong Demi Chef de Partie Pastry ready to step up

  • Background in 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining environments preferred

  • Strong technical pastry skills (desserts, baked goods, plating, production)

  • Good English communication skills (essential)

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-standard professional kitchen

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

  • Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
