Key Responsibilities

Prepare, produce, and present high-quality pastry and dessert items to 5-star standards

Support the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef in daily operations

Maintain consistency, quality control, and presentation across all pastry outputs

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety regulations
-
Manage mise en place and daily pastry production schedules
-
Work collaboratively as part of a multicultural, international kitchen team

Contribute to menu development and innovation where required
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a CDP Pastry or strong Demi Chef de Partie Pastry ready to step up

Background in 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining environments preferred

Strong technical pastry skills (desserts, baked goods, plating, production)

Good English communication skills (essential)

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-standard professional kitchen
