This role is responsible for managing their geographic region, organising and activating all consumer marketing and managing the peer-to-peer sample program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Create fans of the brand through the creation and activation of a local marketing program in your region to include:
  • The Brand Ambassador Team Program
  • Grassroot & National Events, Festivals
  • Sampling across the country
  • Music, Tours and Band Program
  • Festivals
  • ATL / Digital Media & Website, SM Leverage
  • Recruit, train and run a diverse, edgy and on brand team of individual ambassadors and influencers to ensure the program is running at capacity throughout the year.
  • Deliver a high energy quality brand experience through activation of your marketing plan across 12 months
  • Actively generate trial of brand through diverse sampling activities
  • Responsible for the research, contact, negotiation and activation of events and marketing projects within the region.
  • Responsible for local level communication between the Ambassador and Influencer Team and Sales Country Manager.
  • Managing the care and control of the physical collateral (Jeep and merchandise) within their region.
  • Efficient administration of budgets and compliance with Company policy
  • Managing a Web Co-Ordinator who is responsible for the local SM activities
  • Managing a MAT Captain who is responsible for sampling operation​​​​​​​​​​​​

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Budget management experience
  • Previous experience with event co-ordination
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to work away from home for long periods of time
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative in an unsupervised environment
  • Gifted and natural communicator in any media
  • High standard of business English
  • Driving license
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals and meet timelines.
  • Proven experience with managing social media and influencer projects
